-Trading Places: You can substitute an athlete up until September 2nd, email of change is required!
-REFUND POLICY:
No Take-Backs – Life happens—we totally get that. But please be aware that if you cannot participate in the weekend’s events, we cannot offer a refund for any reason.

-Event Details:
Athlete registration - Evening prior - 4:30-6:30pm
Athlete registration: Morning of- 6:30am -7:15am
Athlete briefing: 7:30am sharp
-We love animals but please leave your pets at home. Thank you.
-BYOC: Bring your own chair! Tent, yoga mat, blanket, whatever makes you comfortable outside while you wait.
-Parking: There is plenty of parking available, we will post a photo of the athlete parking area and look for the signs.
-Athlete Warm Up: There will be a designated area for athletes to warm up, we will provide a picture with the location on our Instagram page/Facebook page.
-BE PREPARED: You will need to provide a valid ID to complete check-in with your partner.
-Partner must be present to check in.
-SPECTATORS: There is no FEE to spectate.
-VENDORS: Will have a specific location on the property.

CrossFit Collective reserves the right to stop any athlete we deem unsafe.
CrossFit Collective reserves the right to adjust any prize money/swag prior to Sept 2nd based on ticket sales.
CrossFit Collective reserves the right to adjust the weights/movements prescribed prior to the competition.
Please do your best to pay attention to your heat times! If you miss your heat time or floater slot be prepared to accept no points for the work out.

8 lengths (shuttle runs together) (25'=1)
10 synchro line facing burpees
6 lengths farmer's carry 25 ft = 1 (50s/35s)
10 synchro line facing burpees
4 lengths DB lunges 25 ft =1 (held however) (50s/35s)
10 synchro line facing burpees
2 lengths HS walk 25ft = 1(intermediate= weighted bear crawl 50/35)
10 synchro line facing burpees
4 lengths DB lunges

6 lengths farmer's carry
10 synchro line facing burpees
8 lengths (shuttle run together)
At the start of 3,2,1 go both athletes will begin the shuttle sprints. 25 ft equals 1, Athletes will continue working together through the 10 synchro line facing burpees. Athletes will then complete 6 lengths of farmers Carry's, 1 athlete will work at a time. Athletes will then move onto 4 lengths of DB lunges again working 1 at a time. DB can be held at athletes choice. 25 ft = 1. Athletes will then complete a total of 2 Hand Stand Walks (Intermediate perform 2 weighted Bear Crawls 50/35). Athletes will then work their way back down begginning with the 10 Synchro line facing burpees, followed by 6 lengths farmers's Carry, another 10 Synchro line facing burpees, finishing with 8 lenghts of Shuttle runs.
*Handstand Walks are completed in 25ft increments unbroken. If athlete falls they will start over.
WOD 3: 12:00 cap
6 RFT: partners alternate complete rounds
15/12 cal assault bike (intermediate 12/9)
12 BJO (30/24) (intermediate 24/20)
3/2 rope climbs (intermediate 2/1)
15ft Rope, hand must touch the line at the top of the rope.
WOD 2: 10:00 cap

6 Clean and Jerks (225/145) (intermediate 205/105)
12 synchro HSPU (intermediate: 9 synchro HSPU)

12 synchro ttb (intermediate: 9 synchro ttb)
*Clean and Jerk can be divided however athletes choose.
*Athletes choice on HSPU strict or kipping, One partner cand do strict one can do kipping but they must meet at the top with hips locked out at full extension and butt must be off the wall.
