Workouts
2 Minutes Sandbag Power Cleans
2 Minutes Farmer Carries
2 Minutes Sit up and Raise
2 Minutes BB Deadlifts
At the 3, 2, 1 Go....
Partners will have 2 minutes to knock out as many Sandbag Power Cleans as possible. Only one partner will work at a time and partners can alternate whenever they want. Hips must be fully extended at the top and bag must touch the ground between every rep for the rep to count.
When the 2 minute whistle blows both partners will immediately move on to the Farmer Carries. There will be an two tape lines on the floor spaced 8 ft apart. The first partner will pick up the dumbbells walk 8ft past the tape line and back. They must then set down the dumbbells and the next partner will pick up the dumbbells and do the same. Partners will alternate work after each down and back. Every 8 ft completed will count as one rep.
When the 2 minute whistle blows both partners will immediately move on to the sit up and raise. One partner will work at a time completing as many sit up and raises as possible. Shoulders must touch the ground in between reps and arms fully locked out with your head through the window at the top for the rep to count. Partners can alternate work at anytime
When the 2 minute whistle blows both partners will move on to the BB Deadlifts. One partner will work at a time on completing as many BB Deadlifts as possible. Hips must be fully extended at the top and bar must touch the ground between every rep.
Final score is total reps completed for all four exercises.
8 DB Sumo high pulls
6 DB hop over burpees
8 DB snatches
6 Devils Presses
8 Single arm squat and presses
6 Minute time cap
Complete 4 rounds as quickly as possible!
At 3, 2, 1 GO...
Partner 1 will complete 4 DB Sumo High Pulls on each arm. (not alternating)
Next, Partner 2 will complete 6 DB hop over burpees. They will start with a burpee sprawl and then step or hop over dumbbells for a total of 6 reps.
Partner 1 will then complete 4 DB snatches on each arm (not alternating)
Partner 2 will then perform 6 Devils Presses
Lastly, Partner 1 will complete 4 single arm squat and presses on each arm.
Partners will continue to alternate work in this order until 4 full rounds have been completed. Partners must alternate EVERY exercise!
Fastest time wins! If all reps are not completed at the end of the time cap an additional second will be added to your time for each rep remaining!
Weight Standards:
FX Male: 45lb DBs
Fx Female: 30lb DBs
Int. Male: 30lb DBs
Int. Female: 25lb DBs
Novice Male: 20lb DBs
Novice Female: 15lb DBs
THE GOBLET SQUAT LADDER!
6 Sections
1 minute of work at each section. 15 seconds to rest and rotate.
Reps will decrease and weights will increase at each section!
Section 1 - 10 reps
Section 2 - 9 reps
Section 3 - 8 reps
Section 4 - 7 reps
Section 5 - 6 reps
Section 6 - 5 reps
On the final section once all 5 reps are completed you may keep going! Every additional rep will add 5 pounds to your load!
You must complete all reps to move on to the next section.
Most total reps wins.
Weights will be as follows:
Fx Male: 40, 50, 60, 80, 90, 100
Fx Female: 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80
Intermediate Male: 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80,
Intermediate Female: 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50
Novice Male: 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45
Novice Female: 15, 20, 22.5, 25, 27.5, 30
Row as many calories as possible
Tire Flips and Sprints
2 minutes
Partners will buddy flip tire 20ft. Once any part of the tire is past the 20 foot line both partners will sprint back to the starting line and then back to their tire. They will then buddy flip the tire back to the starting line. Once any part of the tire crosses the starting line both partners will sprint down and back to the opposite line.
Partners will continue this process for the whole 2 minutes.
Final score is the amount of tire flips completed.
