About This Competition
Strong101 is about to host the next round in a series of fitness events to determine the Strongest and fittest teams in and around Yorkshire.

Fitness and competition are without doubt our core values at Strong101, but our competitions are a celebration of the community and fun that we love about CrossFit.
We have an action-packed day with an amazing final event planned. The workouts will be programmed to ensure all range of athletes get to prove their metal.
With an amazing House DJ and experienced competition team, we guarantee you will have fun and be challenged on the day. Our main aim when programming these events is to provide a fun yet challenging event which remains inclusive to all. You will definitely go home knowing you’ve given everything to be crowned Yorkshires Fittest Team
