About This Competition
This is an In-House Competition for members of Deep Well Athletics.
The format this year is that each team must consist of 2 members of the same sex.
We are offering 3 divisions: RX, Scaled, Just for Fun (Scale to your abilities)
There will be 3 workouts plus a floater to be completed the day of competition.

*while the partner holds a sandbag (150/100) **must be held in a bear hug with knees straight

***If you cannot do C2B, your workout will have all 7 rounds with 18 Pull Ups and you will be ranked among those that choose to do Pull Ups
***If you cannot do MUs, you will repeat the rounds with 12 C2B for 2 more rounds and be ranked among those that choose to do C2B
***You can attempt C2B or MU but if you cannot get one, then you can scale back down to the prior movement. But if you do get one or more, then you cannot go back.

Scaled 35/20
*Rx: one partner OH KB lunge, one partner DB lunge however they want. Synchro - knees hit at the same time **at bottom and top together
Scaled: no OH lunge - both partners hold KB and DB however they want. Synchro - knees hit at the same time **at bottom and top together
**Goblet Squats: one person with KB and one person with DB
