The Primal Primer is a structured fitness test designed to challenge your full-body capacity — using the same movements and energy systems you’ll face in a real Primal Race.
It’s not a race. It’s your personal baseline.
You’ll move through a series of stations, hit every energy system, and walk away with an official score - Whether you’re new to Primal or training for the next big event, the Primer gives you a clear snapshot of where you are — and what to build on next.
