Workouts
Teams of 4 will face off in this head-to-head, bracket-style elimination event.
How It Works:
--Teams compete 1 vs 1 against another team
--Only one athlete works at a time
--Athlete completes a burpee, then immediately attempts to flip their cup
--Once the cup is successfully flipped, the next teammate can go
--Play continues until all 4 teammates complete their burpee + flip
Winning:
--First team to finish all 4 athletes = WIN
--Losing team is eliminated
--Winning team advances to the next round
Team of 4 - only one athlete works at a time.
Each teammate must complete their assigned movement before tagging the next person in. Once tagged, the next athlete goes.
The Workout:
1️⃣ 30 Ball Slams (14/18)
2️⃣ 30 Deadballs (20/30)
3️⃣ 30 Wall Balls (10/14)
4️⃣ 30 Cal Bike
The first athlete begins when the clock starts and the time stops when the final calorie is complete.
Team of 4 - one athlete works at a time.
Each teammate must complete their assigned movement before tagging the next person in to go.
The Workout:
1️⃣ 20 Step Ups (16/20")
2️⃣ 20 Shoot Throughs
3️⃣ 20 Weighted Sit Ups (10/15)
4️⃣ 20 Cal Row
The first athlete goes when the clock starts and time stops when the final calorie is complete.
Team of 4 - one athlete works at a time.
WEIGHT = 190#
As a team, for 4 minutes, you will continuously push the sled down the turf and pull it back, rotating athletes as you go. Each athlete works until they choose to switch, then tags the next teammate in to keep the sled moving.
Only 1 person can be touching the sled at a time
How It Works:
-Push the sled down the turf
-Pull or drag it back to the start
-Tag your teammate at any time to get them to take over
Scoring:
--Each full down-and-back trip = 10 reps
--Cones are placed every 2 feet along the turf
--Each cone passed = 1 rep
--If time expires mid-length, you’ll be credited for the last cone passed
Team of 4 - everyone works at the same time.
All athletes must hold a wall sit position. Once the clock starts, everyone gets set and the ball can start moving.
How It Works:
--The team will continuously pass a 10# ball down the line
--At each end, the athlete must tap the ball on the wall (left or right) before passing it back the other direction
--The ball keeps moving back and forth for the entire 3 minutes
Scoring:
--Every time the ball touches the wall = 1 rep
--Reps accumulate for the full 3 minutes
Standards:
--Everyone must stay the wall sit position
--If any teammate stands up, falls, or breaks position, the workout is over immediately
--Only reps completed up to that point will count
