About This Competition

ONLINE QUALIFIERS

Online qualifiers will take place over 3 weekends in June 2025; the 12th June to 16th, 19th to 23rd and the 26th to 30th July. The qualifier workouts are designed exclusively for teens aged 13-21 and masters athletes 30+ from anywhere in the world.

The top 8 athletes in each age category will qualify to our in-person TWO-day competition at CrossFit Southampton, on the 6th & 7th September 2025.

We reserve the right to call fewer athletes to the finals in lower registered age groups.

MASTERS

  • 30-34 years
  • 35-39 years

  • 55-59 years
  • 60-64 years
  • 65+ years

 

DATES

ONLINE QUALIFIERS

  • Workout 1 - 12th-16th June 2025
  • Workout 2 - 19th-23rd June 2025
  • Workout 3 - 26th-30th June 2025

An online qualifier style format for ANYONE, with separate divisions for scaled and Rx in each age group. Any level of fitness and ability can join in, from anywhere in the world. With three workouts released at 20:00 each Thursday (12th, 19th and 26th) and athletes have until 20:00 each Monday (16th, 23rd and 30th) to upload their workout scores and video evidence. The three workouts are designed to test different elements of fitness for each specific age division.

RX FINALS

The Rx finals will take place on Saturday 6th AND Sunday 7th Septmeber 2025.

A TWO-day competition for the top 8 athletes in each Rx age category. 

In order to submit a verified score, and be in with the chance of a finals place, athletes must have registered and submitted their scores for every qualifying workout directly onto the Competition Corner leaderboard. Any missing videos and/or scores are the athlete's responsibility and we are unable to accept any athletes to the finals with missing videos or scores.

Rx Finals - £80

Please note, t-shirts are an optional extra available to purchase for £28 when you register - just click the merchandise option. All Rx finalists will receive a finalist t-shirt which will be included within the fee to participate in the finals at CrossFit Southampton.

We cannot offer any refunds but all proceeds will go towards supporting future events for our masters & teens events.

 

WHAT DO I NEED?

– Photographic ID

– A judge that has completed the ONLINE JUDGES COURSE and a video for each workout.

– You will need your usual training gear, and any accessories you may need for gymnastics & weightlifting events.

– Movement requirements and equipment lists for each division for the online qualifiers can be found by clicking on the ‘Book now’ button below and viewing the divisions tab on Competition Corner. The ‘Show details’ tab will show you the movement standards and equipment lists for each category as each is different.

For Max Load

1RM Front Squat

Time begins once the running clock reaches the 7 minute point - no matter how fast athlete's complete Part A they must wait until the 7 minute mark to begin Part B. If an athlete fails to complete Part A before 7 minutes, they will stop and record successfully completed reps for Part A and transition immediately into Part B. No attempts on the front squat can be made (including warm up reps) within the first 7 minute window.
