Accessible to all abilities, aimed towards intermediate to RX athletes! Will be option to scale workouts if needed!

Double unders
Medium skill gymnastics e.g. pull ups, toes to bar, rope climbs, kipping hspu
All cardio equipment
No refund available
Substitute athletes are allowed as long as 48 hours notice is given!

Every drop or change of the ball, 1 round of:

Must be completed before the ball can be picked back up!
If one partner cannot complete a movement, then 20 of each needs to be completed
Build to a heavy above knee, Hang Power Clean.
Athlete must start with the bar on the floor, fully stand up, then lower bar above knee and complete a power clean.
Athlete cannot catch with hip crease below top of knee.
