NOVA Throwdown 2024
About This Competition
NOVA Throwdown is back for 2024! The NOVA Throwdown is a One day (June, 1st) 4 person MMFF Team CrossFit Competition. This competition will once again feature the best implement in team CrossFit...the Rogue Worm!
We will have swag bags for podium winners as well as a $1000 cash prize for the 1st place team from both the Rx and Scaled divisions.

All team members working together. Score is combined total.
Withouth stopping, 4 deadlifts + 3 Front Squats + 2 Jerks ( any style)
On a 12 minute running clock. Pairs build together.

120 split double-unders (30 each)
7 worm clean & jerks
20 minute time cap

150ft worm lunge
100 synchro toes to bar MM/FF
100ft worm lunge
50 bar muscle up (split anyway)
50ft worm lunge
18 minute time cap
Echo bike - snatch - rope climb
