About This Competition

In 2021, we pulled off an exciting competition and were one of the first in Canada run an in-person CrossFit Competition during the pandemic. We are excited to build on our event in the Tournament Capital for 2022!

WHAT'S INCLUDED ... HOW MANY WORKOUTS?

  • A minimum of 5 workouts will be performed by each team.
  • Swag Bag for all participants
  • Grand Prize for 1st Place in Each Division
  • Awards for podium in both divisions'

REFUND POLICY

There will be NO refunds on registration, so once you register, you’re in! You will not get a refund if you get hurt or become otherwise unable to compete, but you can transfer your registration.

Pistols and Ring Muscle-Ups do not need to be evenly split/shared.

INTERMEDIATE

Pistols and C2B do not need to be evenly split/shared.

RECREATIONAL

3 Pull-Ups

Pull-Ups and Toes to Bar do not need to be evenly split/shared. For Toe(s) to Bar, one foot can make contact with the pull-up bar for a rep to count. V-Ups can be supped in for Toes to Bar at a 4:1 Ratio. Jumping Pull-Ups can be subbed in for Pull-Ups at a 4:1 Ratio.

COMPETITIVE, INTERMEDIATE & RECREATIONAL

Complex (in remaining time)
1 Clean + 2 Hang Cleans + 1 Front Squat + 1 Shoulder-to-Overhead
 
Clean and Hang Cleans and be Squat or Power - athlete choice.

Score is combined load of the heaviest successful Complex for both athletes.

Athletes will have the remaining time from Event 3's 20:00 Clock to complete as many attempts as they wish.

COMPETITIVE, INTERMEDIATE & RECREATIONAL

On a 20:00 RUNNING CLOCK
RUN 1 LAP (A1)

*Laps are approximately 525m

*Teams can choose their running order for Laps 1-4.

*Score for Event 3 is total time for the 5 Laps

*Upon completion of the 5th lap, athletes will utilitze remaining time on their 20:00 by moving to their platform and completing Event #4

*Teams will be cut-off to ensure at least 6min can be utilized for Event 4. Teams that are cut-off will still recieve a score based on where their time for 4 Laps.

For all divisions, there will be exactly 1min Rest following the TimeCap before Workout #2 Begins.
