in part C you will perform max rep front squats with the chosen weight and you will be scored on the number of reps performed
In 10 Minutes
(started with part A)
• Max unbroken reps of Front Squats at the chosen weight in Part B
score is a sum of both team members performed reps
In 8 Minute window
50 cal bike (25 cal each)
30 bar over burpees (15 each)
In remaining time max rep C2B or Burpee pull ups
Score is the total sum of all reps performed by both athletes
In 12 minutes
For total reps
• One partner rows for max cal
• One partner does 2 rounds of:
- 10 STOH @35kg
- 20 DU or 50 singles
- 10 T2B
Athletes swap every time one of the partners finishes the two rounds
Score is the total calories rowed combined with all reps performed
