Anforderung:

-Single Unders

-60/35 Kg Deadlift (Over several repetitions)

-Knee Raises

-Hang Power Snatch 30/20 Kg (Over several repetitions)

-DB Clean/Press/Snatch/OH Lunge 15/10 Kg

-Wallballs 9/6 Kg (Niedrigere Höhe)

 

2. Regular

Anforderung:

-Single Unders

-80/55 Kg Deadlift (Over several repetitions)

-Alt. Toes To Bar

-Hang Power Snatch 40/25 Kg (Over several repetitions)

-DB Clean/Press/Snatch/OH Lunge 17,5/12,5 Kg

-Wallballs 9/6 Kg

-Wallwalk

1. Athlet 1+2 machen 3 Sync. Burpees over the Bar.

2. Athlet 1 macht 3 H.P. Snatches + 6 Alt. T2B.

3. Athlet 2 macht 3 H.P. Snatches + 6 Alt. T2B.

4. Athlet 1+2 machen 4 Sync. Burpees over the Bar.

 

Sobald 9 Minuten vorbei sind, müssen in den nächsten 3 Minuten soviele Kalorien auf dem Ski Erg. gemacht werden wie möglich.
