About This Competition
The competition is about capacity more than a high degree of skill. You can expect couplets, triplets and a 1 rep max. It will challenge the veteran athlete to go to that dark place while also accommodating the new athlete who is interested in competing for the first time.

Determine which athlete will be doing which lift. 15 minutes for all three athletes to find their 1RM of their "designated" movement.

*each athlete has 5 min to complete jump rope passes then with remaining time complete max reps Clean and Jerks.
