Back to School Bash
About This Competition
Join us for the 2nd annual Back To School Bash at CrossFit Notch 8!
The competition is for 2 person M/M or F/F teams in either RX or Scaled divisions. There will be 3 scored workouts, a floater, and a fun floater done for a separate prize.
For this event RX teams need to have a combined minimum age of 70. Scaled teams can be any age.
We promise it will be the most fun you've had working out all year!
Teams that register by 7/22/26 will be entered into a drawing for 2 - $100 gift cards to our Notch 8 store featuring lululemon and MtnOps. Deadline for athlete shirts is 8/1/26.
Awesome prize packages will be awarded to the top 3 teams in each division, and each athlete participating will recieve a swag bag.

Scaled - 115/75 - deadlift barbell hold (135/95)
*One partner must be in dead hang/deadlift hold while the other completes reps. If an athlete drops the barbell during the set or drops from the bar or drops the barbell hold there is a 19 cal penalty on the Echo bike.
* There is no penalty for dropping the barbell or coming down from the rig between movements.
* No grips allowed.
* Time cap - 8:00
