About This Competition

Same Sex Teams of 3 Competition in Newcastle NSW

Ticket's may be transfered to another competitor however refunds on tickets will not be possible.

Substitutions can be made for team members until the close of registration on the 4th of November.

Workouts will be released throughout the second week of November!

On street parking on the day. Vendors, food and coffee will be available for purchase on the day as well as FitAid.

All team members will recieve a pair of Freezing Hot socks when registering on the day!

BEG - 90 Sync Sit Ups (2 athletes working, with feet touching each athlete will perform a situp tapping their hands on the ground behind their head, they will both then sit up and touch hands together at the top)
