Welcome to Southpaw's Murph Swim Challenge!
We are thrilled you want to attend our event benefitting the Navy SEAL Foundation. This challenge includes 3 divisions of a competitive swim intermittent with running, push-ups, pull-ups and squats. For the Elite Division, there is a cash prize for the top performers! Information regarding the competition date, workouts and divisions can all be found on our landing page. From here, you can also register to compete or judge/volunteer, view leaderboards and more!

Please arrive early enough to warm-up and familiarize yourself with the course layout. Check-in time starts 7:30 am.
