About This Competition
JOIN US FOR THE BIGGEST FITNESS CELEBRATION OF THE YEAR
We are excited to launch the dates for our 2025 London Summer Festival - the functional fitness event of the year!
Grasshoppers Rugby Clib in west London will play host to our London Summer Festival over the weekend of 21/22nd June 2025
This years event is going to be bigger and better than previous years with more athletes, more competitions and more going on off the TURF with some exciting activation's and 'villages' to visit.
We are also excited to welcome teams from ALL around the world.
TEAM COMPETITION
DIVISIONS
- EVERYDAY - male + female teams compete Saturday 21st June. Mixed teams compete Sunday 22nd June
- INTERMEDIATE - male + female teams compete Saturday 21st June. Mixed teams compete Sunday 22nd June
- ELITE - All teams will compete Saturday 21st June.
CATEGORIES
- FEMALE - 5 females per team
- MALE - 5 males per team
- MIXED - 6 athletes per team (3M / 3F)

Teams will be credited with 200m added to there row distance after each sub team has completed the KB carrys and 10m burpee broad jumps and the last athlete crossed the line
Teams will divide into sub teams of 2/3
Teams will have 6 x 2:30min windows to accrue as many reps/cals as possible

- 10 x 10m synchro shuttle runs
- 2 x 10m synchro walking lunges (arms linked)
- 12 x synchro DB snatches
then,
- In remaining time complete max burpees over the line

- Max cals on Concept 2 BikeERG
