Which Division is Right for your Team?

Rx Division ::
Your team performs daily WODs without scaling or modifying. You can efficiently do movements like pull-ups, double unders, & handstand pushups. You are confident with a barbell and can do full Squat Snatches and/or full Squat Clean at or above 95lbs.

BAM Division (Badass In the Making) ::
Athletes that are new to the competition scene or beginners. Needs to do modifications in most WODs, new to olympic lifting, and newer to functional fitness. Typically, this would be your first or possibly second competition.

After your team registers, you will receive a unique referral link to share! If 3 teams use your unique referral link, your team spot will be FREE!!! That's right, bring ALL of your friends.

-At 3-2-1 Go the athletes will move to the jump rope and deadlift bar. One partner must pick up the deadlift bar to extension before one other athlete will begin on the jump rope. Athletes may rotate as frequently as desired in order to accomplish the jump rope reps. But, the jump rope can only be completed while the deadlift is held at full extension.
-The athletes will move to the synchro DB snatch where they will complete 50 Alternating reps. Two partners will be working in synchro while the 3rd partner is resting. Both heads of the DB's for each partner must touch the ground for the rep to count, and both partners must reach extension overhead at the same point for the rep to be credited.
-The athletes will then move on to the box jump overs (step-ups) where two partners will now work on synchronized box jump overs, meaning both partners must end up on the other side of the box at the same time before starting the next rep.
The athletes keep moving on throughout the Chipper and finish the jump rope the same way they started!
