About This Competition

Fitness Resolute is back with our Summer Throwndown! 2023 (rescheduled from our Shamrock’d)

Sun's out, Gun's out! Don't miss this hot competition, test your mind and body, and get in the ring! Cash prizes for every 1st Place team! Whether you’re an elite athlete or just out here to have some fun, you can expect some great wods that will challenge you both physically and mentally. We’ll also have some great vendors on site, raffles, and more!

Registration Schedule:

EARLY BIRD EXTENDED TO MAY 5: $150/team*

MAY 6 TO MAY 20: $180/team*

MAY 21 TO JUN 9: $200/team

4 Divisions. 2-Person Teams:

RX (MM/FF)
Intermediate (MM/FF)
Beginner (MM/FF)
Masters Division (40+ ONLY)  (MM/FF)

Cash Prizes

RX First Place: $500

Intermediate First Place: $200

Beginner First Place: $150

Masters First Place: $200

**WODS & WEIGHTS are subject to change!

All Podium Finishers in each division will receive prizes and all athletes will receive a T-shirt

Refunds: No refunds offered but we will happily accept team exchanges and athlete substitutions up to June 9th.

T-shirts: To receive a t-shirt, you must be registered by May 20th.

LAST DAY TO SIGN UP: 6/9/2023

Parking and team set up: Ample parking is available in neighboring lots (IHOP, Amazon fresh, and Whittwood Mall). We encourage gyms and individuals to set up tents in the area behind the Arco gas station BUT YOU MUST PARK YOUR CAR OFF SITE OR RISK BEING TOWED! Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Timing: Check-in will begin at 7am. Opening ceremony and WOD demonstration will begin at 7:30am, and first Heat will be at 8am.

Don’t forget: Shade, fan club, and snacks. We will have some great vendors in the house with some great food options!
