About This Competition

M Squared and District L are going to be throwing down (via zoom) every Saturday of Lockdown 2.0.


Scaled and RX categories and after the 4 weeks we will see which gym is crowned victorious.


Each week Em & G will plan a wod for you all to take part in.


Just a bit of fun, keeping us competitive with training and maybe making some friends in the meantime ;-)

30 BW Forward Lunges (Can Jump)

30 Alt DB Snatch

16 Shoulder Taps (R+L = 2 reps)

30 Russian Twists (fingers to floor)(R+L = 2 reps)

16 Alt Hang (starts at knee) Clean and STOH

30 DB/KB Deadlifts

16 Burpees


1 KB or DB for Snatch,C&J, Deadlift

SC= Under 15kg/20kg

RX= 15kg and over/ 20kg and over)

-------------------Tie Break Time

In remaining time as many Strict HSPU to 1 mat/ cushion (no thicker than 3 inches)


Same for RX and Scaled. If you cant do a strict HSPU it will be faster time to complete all 580 reps....or try a Strict HS.

If you have been RX previously stay RX. If you have been scaled but want to try RX Go for it. :-)
