About This Competition
Welcome y'all! Join us for a day of fun competition and prizes as we raise money for a great cause. Hayden is a courageous 9 year old boy who was born with a congenital heart defect and has autism spectrum disorder.
Hayden's mother Nikki, a great and loved coach here at Blackstone River Crossfit, will be running the Boston Marathon this year in Hayden's honor, as a member of the Miles for Miracles team. All the money raised for this competition will be going directly to the cardiac department at Children's Hospital where Hayden had his life saving surgery and continues to receive all of his medical care.

Workouts
Partners will complete 100 calories on the bike as fast as possible for time.
Partners can switch whenever they want to.
There will be a designated area to complete the workout in front of a judge.

Each partner completes a full round before switching.
