About This Competition
Welcome to the Midstate Games — a one-day Pairs fitness competition in the heart of California’s Central Coast, Paso Robles, Ca.
Athletes will take on 3 workouts with 4 total scores, testing strength, endurance, power, skill and strategy across the day.
With 4 divisions — RX Men, RX Women, Open Men, and Open Women — there’s a place for athletes of all experience levels to throw down and be part of the action.
