About This Competition
Promote First Responders in a hybrid competition of CrossFit and tactical fire movements in conjunction with Reaction Brand Awareness. Reaction is involved to inform the community of the specialization in tactical athletes for rehab and injury prevention program needs.
Format of Competition: 4 heats of 4 teams for each workout; 2 floater workouts will be done at team discretion throughout the day.
Start time: 8a
Each team is made up team's of 4 people (2 males/2 females)
Scheduled Break from Comp: 12-1p (Allow for spectators to visit Vendor area)
End Time: 5p
Movement Standards: Each member needs to be able to complete at least 1 rep of the movements below
Be able to perform basic lifts (Bench Press, Squat, Front Squat)
Perform a Clean (Power or Squat)
Complete Fire movements to include, but not limited to Drag 155 lb dummy ~75 feet, Hose drag, stair climb, etc.
Perform a pull-up (Kip, butterfly, or strict)
Box Jump and/or Step-up
Kettlebell swing (Russian, American, C&J)
Weight will be specific to males and females (specific weight will be disclosed at a later date)

Event 1: Full Send Thrusters
Event 2: Scott Deem with a row
Event 3: Yoke with Rescue Randy
Event 4: Throwdown
Event 5: Grip it and Rip it

Workouts
As many reps as possible of the prescribed thruster (85# F, 125# M)
Athlete 1: 2 minutes AMRAP thruster prescribed weight
Athlete 2: 2 minutes AMRAP thruster prescribed weight
Athlete 3: 2 minutes AMRAP thruster prescribed weight
Athlete 4: 2 minutes AMRAP thruster prescribed weight
MINIMUM WORK REQUIREMENT: Every team member must complete at least 1 rep
Part 1 Buy in: hose drag 100ft down and back x2
Athlete A/B drag hose 100ft together
Athlete C/D drag 100ft back
Part 2 All 4 athletes together:
20 Synchro Dual DB clean (35#/25#)
25 synchro burpee over the hose
Part 3 - 400ft Farmer Carry- Heavy Kettlebells
Athlete A/B and Athlete C/D will work together in pairs to complete the distance
1 athlete works while other rests, able to switch off as needed
Part 4 Repeat the previous work in reverse
20 synchro burpee over the hose
20 dual DB cleans
Part 5: Buy Out: hose drag 100 ft down and back x2

5 deadlifts
18 wall balls
17 burpee over bar
Part B: performed while athlete A/B performing Part a
Athlete C/D
Partner C: max cal row
Partner D: KB front rack hold
Air Bike for 80 calories
Weighted Box step overs for 80 reps (35#DBs)
Part A:
Stokes basket carry with Rescue randy 4 people touching basket at all time for 200m
Athletes change position as needed
Athletes wearing SCBA
Part B:
20 synchronized Kettlebell swings x20 (35# F/53# M)
Athletes NOT wearing SCBA
Part C:
50m yoke carry (Yoke starting weight 185#)
50# added every 50m and athletes switch positions
Athletes NOT wearing SCBA
