Workouts
Ten minutes for the team to establish: • Teammate 1: Max Clean (Power or Squat) • Teammate 2: Max Snatch (Power or Squat). Teams have 10 minutes to establish 1 rep max clean and 1 rep max snatch. One teammate responsible for clean. Other is responsible for snatch. One barbell per team. As many attempts as time allows.
7 Minutes. 7 Thrusters #95/#65, 7 Bar-facing Burpees. You go 7 & 7, I go 7 & 7. You go.. I go.. 7 minutes.
10 min to complete as many reps as possible of: 25 box jumps 24"/20", 50 shoulder to overhead 115#/75#, 25 box jumps 24"/20", 50 power cleans 135#/95#, 25 box jumps 24"/20", 50 deadlifts 155#/115#, 25 box jumps 24"/20", 50 pullups, Max Calories on Assault bike.
