We are excited to annouce our 1st BOX THROWDOWN at the Box Barnsley!
CASH PRIZES!
This competition for intermediate and scaled athletes only.
Our first BOX THROWDOWN is the perfect competition for athletes who are new to competing and athletes who would categorised themselves intemediate level!
INTERMEDIATE & SCALED MIXED Three's (F/F/M)
FEMALE/FEMALE/MALE TEAMS ONLY!
Date: SUNDAY 22nd September 2024.
Location: UNIT C4, Shawfield Road, Barnsley, S71 3HS
CASH prizes for all 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place winners in BOTH CATEGORIES!
Cost: The price per team is £130.00 + booking & processing fees.
Total price per team is £137.20. Tickets are non-refundable.
We're capping at 16 teams per category.

Movement Standards
All intermediate athletes should be able to do the following:
Intermediate Standards:
- Beginner to experienced
- Does some open workouts scaled and some RX
- Can perform all basic CrossFit movments
Intermediate Gymnastics:
- Chest to Bar Pullups
- Toes to Bar
- Double Unders
- Walking Lunges weighted
Intermediate Barbell:
- Snatch 60/40
- Clean 60/40
- Deadlift 115/85
All Scaled atheletes should be able to do the following:
Scaled Standards:
- Beginner, first time, or newer competitior
- Does most open workouts sclaed
- Can perform all basic Crossfit movements
- Able to run, row, bike, jump without injury
Scaled Gymnastics:
- Hanging Knee Tuck
- Box Jumps/Step Ups
- Wall Balls
- Single Unders
- Walking Lunges weighted
Scaled Barbell:
- Snatch 50/35
- Clean 50/35
- Deadlift 85/55
