Floater WOD
*When signing in for the event, you will be asked to pick a time to complete a floater WOD.

0:00 - 1:00 Pair of Male athletes complete max sandbag over bar - RX (150/100) | SC (100/70)
1:00 - 2:00 Pair of Female athletes complete max sandbag over bar - RX (150/100) | SC (100/70)
2:00 - 3:00 Each Male athlete will accumulate max calories on the ski for 30 seconds
3:00 - 4:00 Each Female athlete will accumulate max calories on ski for 30 seconds
4:00 - 4:30 Male athletes complete synchronized RX (Toes to Bar) | SC (Knee Raises)
4:30 - 5:00 Female athletes complete synchronized RX (Toes to Bar) | SC (Knee Raises)
*Score is total reps added together
Iron - 2014 WOD - 8 minute AMRAP
Teammates will pair up M/M and F/F.
4 minutes for M/M to get a heavy 1-rep snatch and clean.
- One male athlete will build to a heavy 1-rep snatch
- One male athlete will build to a heavy 1-rep clean
After each athlete attempts, athletes will run a 200m together.
*Athlete must stick with that lift the whole 4 minutes.
While M/M partners are lifting, F/F will accumulate max calories on bike.
- One female athlete accumulating max calories on bike
- One female athlete hanging from pull-up bar
*Once athlete drops from pull-up bar, you switch (bike and hang)
At 4 minutes M/M pair will go to bike and hang and F/F pair will get a heavy 1-rep snatch and clean.
*Score is max weight of all four athletes and total calories on bike.
Lead - 2016 WOD - 8 min AMRAP
Team Member 1 : 9, 6, 3 of Overhead Squats RX (105/75) | SC (95/65) and Pull-ups (RX) | Ring Rows (SC)
Team Member 2 : Max Calories on Row
Team Member 3 : Max Rope Climbs (RX) | Up-Downs (SC)
Team Member 4 : Rest
Score will be total reps from OHS and PU, max Calories accumulated as a team and max rope climbs.
Members switch after member 1 is done with OHS and PU. If member 3 starts the rope climb prior to member 1 finishing, they can complete the rope climb.
*Up/Downs - Rules all the way down, back touches ground, come up and release at the top of the rope.
*Tie Break time is after each member completes station 1.
