In house members only CrossFit competition (all members welcome)
Saturday October 16th 9:00am- 4:00pm
Followed by prizes, food, and drinks!
2 divisions, Rx and intermediate
3 workouts, 4 scored events (Workouts will be doable for all members!)
Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in each division
$20.00 entry fee. (If you have an issue paying this fee, we can cover your cost 😊)
