About This Competition
Date & Location
Saturday June 27th, 2026 from 8:00am-4:00pm (Tentative window) at CrossFit HOP
Divisions:
Male/Female RX Team
Male/Female Scaled Team
Male/Female Novice Team
Male/Female Masters Team**
**Masters teams must have a combined team age of 100 - No one can be younger than 45 years old.
RX: If you perform RX at your box, do so here. RX will follow the CrossFit Open guidelines. You should have at least one teammate that can perform all expected skill movements.
Scaled: You perform scaled at your box and do not have all skill movements and weights down. The scaled division will follow CrossFit Open standards and include lighter weight and less advanced movements than RX.
Novice: This is your first competition and you need movement modifications due to mobility or skills as you are still learning and don't quite have all scaled standards down!
Workouts
- There will be 4 guaranteed workouts (3 WOD's + 1 Floater) and a final WOD for top teams
- Workouts will not be released, but clues will be given. You will figure out all workouts the morning of during briefing at 7:30am! Be prepared to bring all necessary fitness things (grips, jump rope, sleeves, etc).
Cost
- $205 per team
- Entry fee cannot be refunded but it can be transferred to another athlete
- Comp shirts will be included with registration this year along with swag bags. We work hard to ensure you feel valued and rewarded for your efforts at our event, with that being said if you ever have referrals for swag from local business please let us know! We try to pour back into our communities.
- Prizes for top 3 in all divisions!
Other additional information
- There is no admission fee for spectators
- The athlete camp will be outside so bring pop-up tents and camping chairs to lounge in!
