RX
Intermediate
Masters 45+
Youth - 9-11 & 12-14
Registration will open June 1st!
Workouts will be released the first week of Septmeber!
Standards for RX, Intermediate are if you complete most CrossFit Open workouts RX then sign up RX. If you scale most Open workouts, sign up Intermediate.
We will have cash prizes for 1st place only in each division - cash amount will be determined by team sign up numbers.
3 workouts & a final for top 4 teams (youth will have 3 workouts only, no final).
Early bird pricing $169/team before August 15th. Afterwards price is $189. Spots are limited! Registration is live June 1st.
