The Max Lift Partner Challenge is a high-intensity workout designed for pairs of athletes, with one partner focusing on snatches and the other on clean and jerks. The objective is for each partner to establish their maximum lift within a 10-minute time frame.

Here's how the event works:

Partner Setup:Athletes are paired up, and each pair shares a single barbell.

Weight Selection: Athletes start with an empty barbell and have the freedom to load it with weight plates as they see fit. The goal is to lift as much weight as possible during the 10-minute timeframe.

Snatch and Clean & Jerk Focus: In this event, Partner A specializes in snatches, while Partner B focuses on clean and jerks. Each partner can make as many attempts as they like during the 10-minute challenge.

Maximum Lift: The goal is for each partner to establish their maximum lift in their respective category (snatches and clean and jerks) within the given time frame. Athletes can increase the weight on the barbell for each successive lift if they choose to.

Score Calculation: The score for this event is based on the combined maximum lifts of both partners in the snatch and clean and jerk categories. The pair with the highest total weight lifted wins the "Max Lift Partner Challenge."

This event is a thrilling showcase of strength, technique, and teamwork, making it a highlight of any competitive weightlifting event. Athletes will push their limits to achieve their personal bests and compete for the title of "Max Lift Partner Challenge" champions.

A 10-minute pump and run workout involving partners can be a fun and challenging way to combine strength training with cardio. In this workout, one partner will perform bench press while the other partner runs across a field. The goal is to accumulate as many reps as possible in the allotted time and cover as much distance as you can during the running intervals. Here's a basic outline of how you can structure this workout:

Set Up: Place a bench in an open area, such as a field or a track. Have your partner stand near the bench.

Exercise: The partner near the bench will perform dumbbell bench press. 50 pounds for guys 25 pounds for girls
Running: The other partner will start running across the field.

Partner A (at the bench): Perform as many reps of the bench press as possible during Partner B's running interval.
Partner B (running): Run across the field. The goal is to cover as much ground as possible during your running interval.
Switch: When Partner B returns from their running interval, switch roles. Partner B will now perform the bench press while Partner A runs.

Score: The total number of bench press reps completed and the total distance covered during the running intervals. You can use this information to track progress over time.

In this workout, participants are required to complete 5 rounds for time of 5 synchronized deadlifts and 10 synchronized burpees over the bar.  Let's break down the components of this workout:

For Time: The "for time" element means that the goal is to complete the entire workout as quickly as possible. Athletes will be timed from the moment they start the first round until they finish the last round.

Synchronized Deadlifts (5 reps): Synchronized deadlifts involve partners performing the deadlift exercise simultaneously. Both athletes must start and finish each repetition at the same time, which requires good communication and coordination. In this workout, they need to perform 5 synchronized deadlifts in each round. The weight of the barbell is 155 for guys/105 for ladies. Athletes must show 4 fingers at the bottom of each rep and stand full upright at the same time before lowering to ground. Reps dropped from the standing position will not count.

Synchronized Burpees (10 reps): Synchronized burpees: Two athletes perform the burpee movement at the same time.
In synchronized burpees, both athletes must perform all these steps together. We are looking for athletes chest to be on the ground and the two feet jump over the bar to happen at the same time. In each round of this workout, they need to complete 10 synchronized burpees.

The objective of this competition workout is to complete all 5 rounds of synchronized deadlifts and synchronized burpees as quickly as possible, with the clock running from the start of the first round to the finish of the fifth round. Athletes will need to coordinate their movements and maintain good communication with their partner to ensure they're in sync, which adds an extra layer of challenge to the workout. The team that completes the workout in the shortest time is the winner.
