The 3rd Annual Summer Bash. 2 person Coed Team event. 3 WODs guaranteed, up to 5 per team. This is a huge event every year, this year should be the biggest one yet. Cash and gear from our sponsors for the top 3 in each division.

Workouts

Deadlift and Clean Ladder Athletes will start at the first set of bars. Athletes will have 1 min at each set of bars Athletes will alternate lifts until they finish the reps on that round. Each round is for time, athletes will have the remainder of the minute to rest. Judges will mark the time each round. 5 reps each @ bar 1 4 reps each @ bar 2 3 reps each @ bar 3 2 reps each @ bar 4 1 rep each @ bar 5 Once the final rep is complete, the judges will mark the time. Once the 1 rep is complete, athletes can continue for the minute. Each additional rep completed will count for minus 2 seconds on the total time.

Amrap for time Burpees, Wall Balls and Box Jumps 10 Synchronized Burpees 20 Partner Wall Balls 30 Alt Box Jumps 20 Partner Wall Balls 10 Synchronized Burpees

75 Thrusters for time Workout begins with Partner A pulling the sled down to their end of the course. Once the sled passes the designated line, they will begin thrusters. Partner B must pull the sled back to the other end before they switch off. Only one partner works at a time. Partners will work on separate ends of the course. Once the 75 thrusters are completed, the sled must be pulled back to the other end.

20 sync pushups, 40 sync squats, 1 mile run, 20 sync pushups, 40 sync squats.
