THE BATTLE OF BABYLON will take place Sunday, November 19th

Individual Competition with two divisions RX and Scaled
Three Events, a Floater Wod and a Final....

27 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (RX 75/55) (Scaled 55/35)
21 Thrusters (RX 95/65) (Scaled 65/45)
15 Snatches (RX 115/75) (Scaled 75/55)
9 Clean n Jerks (RX 135/95) (Scaled 95/65)
Athletes will have one bar and must change their weights and clip the bar between movements.
Event 2
10 Minute EMOM Ladder
(:10 Transition time between minutes)
Athletes only advance if all rounds are completed within the allotted minute. Athlete's may not advance early if rounds are completed.
Athletes will have 1 Minute to Complete
