Workouts

1 minute max calories on AD, both partners spend 1 minute on AD, and add total calories for their score. This wod can be done at any portion of the day before WOD 4.

5 Min AMRAP : 30 deadlifts (RX 225/155) (Scaled 185/125), 40 burpees (over the bar), Max Box Jumps Remainder of Time (24/20). One partner works while the other partner rests….teams can break up the reps as needed

WOD 2&3: 7min time cap.1 person rows, 1 person works on clean and jerks and toes to bar. Athletes can switch back and forth as needed. Max calories in 7 minutes on the rower is scored as 1 event, the time it takes to finish the following is scored as another event. 30 clean and jerks (RX 135/95) (Scaled 95/65) 50 toes to bar (Scaled Knees to chest)
