About This Competition

The Midwest Championship is back!
Join us on December 5, 2026, for one of the Midwest's premier individual fitness competitions. RX, Intermediate, and Scaled athletes will battle through a full day of events designed to test strength, skill, endurance, and grit.

This is one of the only individual competitions in the region awarding cash prizes to all division winners. And when it's hosted at CrossFit Believe, you can count on high standards, challenging events, and a competition that runs like clockwork.
Athletes can expect a variety of tests including strength, gymnastics, endurance, and skill. Full movement standards are listed below.
