About This Competition

- Qualified athletes must be able to travel and must have all required documentation (Valid passport, approvals, etc..)

- There will be a background check and only athletes that pass can travel and be part of the team

- There will be an anti-doping test for qualified athletes

-Athletes will represent Team Saudi in different competition divisions, not only individual divisions. Once the qualifier is over, qualified athletes will be communicated with and assigned to different divisions in the competition.

-All participants must record a video performing all the workouts with a clear camera angle that shows all the movements.

Test 1 Flow:


Athletes will start by performing 50 Air Squats, after their last Air Squat they will get on the ground for 30 Push-ups. After their last push-up, they will mount the bar for 20 Toes To Bar. After the completion of the last Toes To Bar, athletes will start again with 50 push-ups, which will this time be followed by 30 hand release push-ups and 20 pull-ups. A tiebreak time will be recorded after the last pull-up. After the last pull- up, athletes will begin 25 pistols, alternating legs, followed by 15 handstand push-ups and 10 chest to bar pull-ups. Athletes will then begin a final round of 25 pistols, 15 strict handstand push-ups and 10 bar muscle ups. Time will stop when athlete’s hit the finishing position of their last bar muscle up.

Test 1 Special Regulations:


Athletes must alternate legs on the pistols. 

 

Test 2 Strength

 

4 minutes to find 1 rep max clean.

Athletes will have 4 minutes to find their 1 rep max clean.

Test 2 Special Regulations: 
 
Athletes may increase or decrease the weight each attempt as they desire and take as many attempts as they wish in the 4 minutes. Athletes may not have assistance in loading or unloading their bar between attempts. 

Test 3 Mixed 


12 Minute AMRAP: 
 
6 Devil’s Press (50lb for Males /35lb for Females)

12 Box Jump Overs 

18 Power Snatches (95lb for Males /75lb for Females)

Time Cap: 12:00 Minutes 
 
Test 3 Flow 
On the start signal, athletes will complete 6 Devil’s Press, 12 Box Jump Overs, and 18 Power Snatches. Athletes will then begin again with 6 Devil’s Press and continue in this pattern for 12 minutes. Their score will be the total amount of repetitions completed in 12 minutes.

Test 3 Special Regulations:


Athletes must take off with two feet for their box jump overs and touch two feet to the top of the box as they jump over. Athletes may then jump or step down on the other side.
