About This Competition

THIS YEAR WE ARE GETTING ALL MIXED UP!

WINTER SERIES BRINGS IN TEAM OF 4 FORMAT!

ALL MALE TEAM // ALL FEMALE TEAM // ANY MIXED TEAM 

There are no restictions 

We will of course release thew workouts in a RX form and you are able to scale down if need be! No matter your ability or no matter your fitness level you will be able to join in on this event! 

TEAM ASSEMBLE! 

You will be able to sign up as a Team of 4 for this competiton (You can partially register a team). 

No Matter your fitness ability level these workouts will be challengeing! 

4 Workouts + Finals Workout! 

Each Catagory Winners: £200 CASH PRIZE!

Break down into pairs. 

 

Partner 1: 50 Double Unders 

Partner 2: 50 Double Unders 

10 Synchronised Hang Power Clean + STOH (Rx = 50/35) 

Swap Over........

Partner 3: 50 Double Unders 

Partner 4: 50 Double Unders 

10 Synchronised Hang Power Clean + STOH (Rx = 50/35) 

 

Score = Max Rounds & Reps 

 

Scale = 60 Single Unders, Barbell Weights Lower 

 

Workout Notes: 

Partner 1 will complete 50 Double Unders First and then Partner 2 will compelte 50 Double Unders then you can move onto the Hang Power Clean + STOH.

The syncronised is at the top of the STOH. 

If one team member scales then the workout is classed as scaled, however team members can then complete double unders if they so wish.

6:00 Max Repitions & Load:

Max KB Swings (Pick Your Weight) 

 

Score will be Calories & Weight x Reps Combined. 

 

 

Line Up For Santa

 

18:00 AMRAP: 

 

30 DB x 2 Reverse Lunges (Rx = 22.5/15) 

50 Cal Row 

50 Cal Bike 

Max Bar Muscle Ups Or Pull Ups (BMU=3 Points, PU=1 Point) 

 

Score = Max Points 

 

Scale = DB weights lower & 40 Cal Ergs. 

 

Workout Notes: 

Waterfall style workout. 1 Person starts on the DB's and will follow each other down the workout. 

P1 STARTS ON DB's, THEN MOVES TO ROW, THEN MOVES TO BIKE. 

Once P1 completes the DB's P2 can move onwards. 

Athletes can not start the BMU's/PU until all teammates have completed the workout.

Workout Notes: 

2 People will start on Section A then swap as the next pair will move into part B. 

You can swap the pairing, but it has to move A,B,A,B,A,B 

 

Scaled = Step Overs, Lower Weight DB/Wallball/Knee Raises.

0:00-07:00 1RM Power Clean

07:00-14:00 1RM Bench Press 

14:00-21:00 1RM Strict Press 

 

Workout Notes: 

Athletes have 7:00 minutes in their team on each section to complete a max load. 

Score will be athletes total weight combined.

Teams can use 2 Barbells for Scoring this workout. 

Only 1 Athlete can test at a time, judges will call you down/Confirm.
