About This Competition
Challenging times ask for creative solutions to keep us moving.
Nothing beats the vibes of a live event!! Unfortuantely being realistic, having a large number of athletes competing at a live event & travelling from abroad early June under current circumstances in the world makes having a live event impossible. Therefore we changed the set-up of the Finals into an online competition, broadcasted (semi)live.
It will be different, but awesome!
The Masters & Teens Throwdown Finals are upon personal invitation, to be held at your own box, gym, living room or backyard no matter where in the world.

The Online Finals
- Release workouts: Saturday 8 May 07:00h (CET)
- Perform & record your workouts: 08 - 16 May
- Deadline logging your scores: Sunday 16 May 23:59h (CET)
- Broadcasting: 4, 5 & 6 June
- Your shirt & name plate will be shipped to you
After the Semi Finals, the best of each age category proceed to the online Finals. New challenges are ahead!
- The workouts need to be completed during the prescribed period
- Your scores can be entered as often as you like
- The logged score at the time the deadline passes, will be the final score determining your ranking on the leaderboard
- Please note that video submittance is required to valid your scores & determine ranking on the leaderboard. Detailed video instructions will be shared with you prior to the release of the workouts.
We do not underestimate your age and fitness and neither should you!

In short:
- Athletes must register online, upon invitation only, and pay the €20,00 registration fee (excl. service costs).
- You have 48 hours to accept your invitation. After those 48 hours your invitation is invalidated and a substitute will be invited.
- Number of Finalists per age group differ and are predetermined by the organiszation
- Athletes must complete the workouts between 08 - 16 May 2021, submit a validated score and video recorded at your local gym, box, garden, home
- Age divisions: Teens: 12-13 / 14-15 / 16-17 / 18-19 / 20-21. Masters: 35-39 / 40-44 / 45-49 / 50-54 / 55-59 / 60-64 / 65+
- The Masters & Teens Throwdown Team reserve the right to combine age groups when too little athletes have entered the competition for these age groups
- The Masters & Teens Throwdown Team reserve the right to disqualify an athlete based on their own reviewal process, should they find any violation of the rules stated or any violation of sportsmanship.
- Decisions of the Team are final and cannot be discuted.
- Performances of athletes will not be discussed with other athletes.
- The registration fee is non-refundable
