About This Competition
Here we go!!!
We are looking forward to inviting you to another competition here at NWK Maidstone.
This time we are hosting mixed pairs.
This competition is open for everyone, be it your first competition or you are a seasoned veteran. It will run over 2 days. The first day will be for you intermediate monsters. The Second day will be a great chance for those of you that have done a couple of Comps or those who want to give your first Comp ago.

Intermediate/ advanced division - Saturday 31st May,
Scaled/ everyday Division- Sunday 1st June,
intermediate/ advanced Division
- Required Gymnastic and skill movements,
1) Chest to bar pull ups,
2) TTB
3) Handstand push ups,
4) Wall Walk
- Barbell movements,
We recommend male team members should be comfortable with 70kg Cleans.
We recommend female team members should be comfortable with 50kg Cleans.
-DB, KB and sandbags
We recommend male team members should be comfortable with 22.5kg DB, 24Kg KB and 60kg Sandbags.
We recommend female team members should be comfortable with 15kg DB, 16Kg KB and 40kg sandbags.
Everyday/ scaled Division
- Required Gymnastic and skill movements,
1) Knee raises,
2) Scaled Wall Walks!
3) Ring Rows
- Barbell movements,
We recommend male team members should be comfortable with 50kg Cleans.
We recommend female team members should be comfortable with 35kg Cleans..
-DB, KB and sandbags
We recommend male team members should be comfortable with 15kg DB, 16Kg KB and 40kg Sandbags.
We recommend female team members should be comfortable with 10kg DB, 12Kg KB and 25kg Sandbags.

· ME AB In remaining time
Rd 2 –
· 30 Cleans (50Kg / 35Kg)
· ME AB in remaining time
Rd 3 –
· 20 Barbell front rack lunges (50Kg / 35Kg)
· ME AB in remaining time
Each partner has 3 lifts to find a:
Max Clean & Front squat.
Each athlete will have 3 lifts.
