Iron October X - The Last Dance
About This Competition
Iron October is one of the years most anticipated events for the Northern California Region.
Iron October is going to be a one day partner event featuring Male+Male and Female+Female Pairs.
Scaled teams should be able to handle scaled movements similar to what we have seen from the CrossFit Open over the past few years.
RX teams should expect to handle typical CrossFit mainsite loads. (Hint: Neither division will have HSPUs or any long runs).
There is a third division that will be treated as Masters RX for duo's that have a combined age of 80 or higher.
