Workouts

Snatch 4pt, Clean & Jerk 3pt, Clean 2pt, Deadlift 1pt

The barbell weight will start at 45lbs and then increase to 400lbs.

There is a total of 25 barbells, snatch as far as you can, then clean & jerk, then clean and when you cant clean anymore, deadlift your way to the top of the ladder.

You will have 60 second at each barbell to complete a lift. Then 30 seconds to transition to the next barbell.

Here's a breakdown of the structure:

Start with Snatching:

Begin at a light weight and snatch the barbell.
You continue to perform snatches, increasing the weight on each subsequent round, until you are no longer able to snatch the barbell with proper form or at all.
Switch to Clean and Jerk:

Once you fail to snatch, switch to the clean and jerk.
You will again continue to clean and jerk the barbell, increasing the weight for each round, until you can no longer clean and jerk.
Switch to Cleaning:

When you're unable to clean and jerk, you'll transition to cleaning (without the jerk).
Continue to increase the weight and clean the barbell until you are no longer able to perform a clean.
Finish with Deadlifts:

Once you can no longer clean, move on to deadlifts.
Progressively increase the weight and deadlift the barbell until you are unable to complete a deadlift, or you lift the final barbell.
Key Rules:
No Returning to Previous Lifts: Once you switch from one lifting style to another (snatch to clean & jerk, clean to deadlift), you cannot go back to the previous lift.
Ladder Structure: The weight increases with each round until you fail at a specific lift. You work your way through each of the four lifts in order: snatch, clean & jerk, clean, deadlift.
