It's mixed pairs time! Probably our most competitive competition but its still for everyone. For this comp you will definitely see barbells as well as the traditional Suffolk Games kit

“Bonus DT”

 10 Minute AMRAP

Pairs to complete the following movements SYNCHRONISED

Pairs will have 80kg to divide between them up to Round 5

Made up of: 20kg bar / 15kg bar / 2 x 15kg plates / 2x10kg plates / 4 x 5kg plates / 2x2.5kg plates / 4 x 1.25kg plate

If pairs pass 5 rounds, they will add another 10kg between them (90kg total)

“Short and Sharp”

 

30 Calorie buy in (Assault Bike or Rowing machine)

 

2 Rounds for time

 

20 Dball over the box 30” / 50kg,30kg

10 Sprints

20 Sandbag lunge 30kg / 20kg

20 KB swing 24kg / 16kg

Pairs will have 50kg to split between them

50kg will made up of: 20kg bar/15kg bar/ 2 x 5kg plates / 4 x 1.25kg plates
