BILT WINTER CLASSIC - SATURDAY, JAN 21 

  • Prove your fitness right in time for the Open. 
  • Niagara's premier CrossFit competition. 
  • Individual competition 
  • 3 divisions; Rx, Intermediate, and Scaled.
  • 6 scored events (includes 1 seeding WOD).
  • Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in each division.
  • $115.00 entry fee Includes T-shirt 

Seeding WOD will be released TUE DEC 27th. Score submissions are due MON JAN 9th.

Every time you break up a movement = 6 burpee box jump-over penalty.

SC 75/55 - 20/20" - burpee box step overs are allowed 

The athlete is allowed to drop the barbell between each movement without a penalty. If the athlete breaks up a specific movement they must stop and perform 6 burpee box jump overs before returning to finish that movement. The athlete can hold onto the barbell in the extended position and in the front rack position. The athlete cannot hold the barbell in the hip crease or in the back rack position. A drop is considered when the barbell hits the floor.
