PRVN Community Throwdown
About This Competition
The PRVN Community Throwdown is a virtual fitness competition spanning the first 2-weeks in January.
Alongside communities like yours, our mission is to celebrate both individual and community champions through two weeks of affiliate-inclusive workouts, giving members of all skill levels the opportunity to strengthen their communities and kick off the new year in the best way possible! Together, we’ll elevate our communities by providing amazing prize packages to gyms with the highest participation and cash prizes + more to the top performing individuals.
How to Compete:
Compete with your gym community or compete on your own.
While this is an individual competition, we're giving you all the tools to compete alongside your entire gym community. Each week will feature two workouts that can easily be completed on your own or with your entire gym and will be planned and programmed for the class setting within our PRVN Affiliate program.
Event Dates:
- Workouts 1 & 2 run from January 2nd - 6th, 2025
- Workouts 3 & 4 run from January 9th - 13th, 2025
*Submission windows will close on Monday @ 8:00pm PST for each of the 2 weeks of competition.
Each workout will be programmed for Friday and Saturday on the PRVN Affiliate program for participating gyms.
*Specific workout details will be announced in the week leading into the event.

- RX Men
- RX Women
- Scaled Men
- Scaled Women
- Limited Equipment Division (mixed gender)
Prizes:
We're giving away over $30,000 in total prizes including CASH and Gym equipment prizes from each of our sponsors. Prizes will be awareded to the following divisions:
- Top 5 individuals in each RX and Scaled Division
- Cash & Prizes from our sponsors
- Top 3 individuals in our limited equipment
- Prizes from our sponsors
- Top 3 Gym Communities
- Prizes from our sponsors
*Video submission will be requested of top 20 finishers in the RX and Scaled divisions to be eligible for cash prizes.
