Part B

5min For 

1 Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Shoulder to Overhead

Heaviest complex of each Partner Combined

Part A 

6min AMRAP

On 3,2,1 Partner 1 will complete 1 Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Shoulder to Overhead, upon completion Partner 2 will complete the same complex.

Once complete 1 rep will be added to each movement, 2 Cleans + 2 Front Squats + 2 Shoulder to Overhead. This will continue until the 6min point.

Each partner must complete all their reps before the other can lift.

 

At the 6 min point there will be a one minute rest

Part A 

6min AMRAP

On 3,2,1 Partner 1 will complete 1 Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Shoulder to Overhead, upon completion Partner 2 will complete the same complex.

Once complete 1 rep will be added to each movement, 2 Cleans + 2 Front Squats + 2 Shoulder to Overhead. This will continue until the 6min point.

Each partner must complete all their reps before the other can lift.

 

At the 6 min point there will be a one minute rest

Every 2 mins until failure or completion

 

On the 3,2,1 Partner one will complete one Bear Complex, Partner 2 will then complete one Bear Complex

If both people complete the lift then on the next 2min window Barbell weight will increase, the lifts can be attempted as many times as required within the 2 min window.

If one partner can not complete the lift the remaining partner will continue until finishing the ladder or failing a lift.

Once both have finished the ladder or can no longer finish the complex then they will complete 35 Cal Assault bike for time to find the tie break time.

 

Barbell Weights

Female - 35,40,45,50,55,60,65,70

 

Bear Complex = Clean + Front Squat + Press + Back Squat + Press
