About This Competition

 

A competition where we find who are the Fittest Pair. 

Reps will be counted with events carried out on a even playing field. 

Its time to move in sync, lift heavy load and rep till you drop. 

Get excited for a fun and challenging day ahead. 

RX Standard movements will include:

  • Toes to bar
  • HSPU 
  • Double Unders
  • Rope Climb 

Scaled Division will include adjusted movements however will very much be performed at high intensity.

Workouts

Within a 12 min Timecap partners will run together and partition the gymnastic movements between the pairs. No reps can be started before both partners are within the exercise space. Both athletes must complete at least 10 reps of each gymnastic movement.

Run together 400m carrying 5/10kg plate

Run 300m carrying 10/15kg plate

30 HSPU (10kg plates and Mirafit Mat)

Run 200m carrying 15/20kg plate

20 Hanging Knees to Hips (weighted 3/6kg)

within an 7min timecap pairs must establish a combined complex max.  The score will be based on the total weight vs the combined bodyweight of both Athletes. Each athlete will have access to a  bar each and 250kg within their pairs.Only 1 athlete can lift at a time, The cleans must be touch and go.

Within a 7min timecap pairs must establish a combined complex max. Your score will be based on max weight lifted. Each athlete will have access to a  bar each and 250kg within their pairs. Only 1 athlete can lift at a time, The cleans must be touch and go.

Within 90secs complete as many reps as possible. You will receive a 30 sec rest before moving in to the next exercise. Athletes will change their own bar to new weight, Boys bars loaded with a 10kg,5kg & 15kg plate in that order so the 15kg plates can be slid off easily. The gilrs are need to be 10kg,2,5kg and 10kg plate in that order so the 10kg plate can be slid off easily.

Max reps

Syncro Deadlifts 60/80kg

Syncro Pistols

Syncro Hang Snatches 35/50 

Within 90secs complete as many reps as possible. You will receive a 30 sec rest before moving in to the next exercise.

Athletes will change their own bar to new weight. Boys bars loaded with 2x 10kg plates so the 10kg plates can be slid off easily. The gilrs are need to be 2x 5kg and 1x2.5kg plates in that order so the 5kg & 2.5kg plates can be slid off easily.

In a 3 min window aim to complete as many reps as possible on each exercise. However, the calories must be completed before the 3mins is up as the reps on each exercise will not count and your score will be zero.

Each athlete must complete at least 15/20cals on the cardio.

30/40 Cal Ski

(Max Rep) Rope Climbs   

In a 3 min window aim to complete as many reps as possible on each exercise. However, the calories must be completed before the 3mins is up as the reps on each exercise will not count and your score will be zero.

Each athlete must complete at least 10/15 cals on the cardio.

25/35 Cal Ski

(Max Rep) Rope Pulls   

In a 3 min window aim to complete as many reps as possible on each exercise. However, the calories must be completed before the 3mins is up as the reps on each exercise will not count and your score will be zero.

Each athlete must complete at least 15/20cals on the cardio.

35/45 Cals on Rower 

(Max Rep) Wall Balls 6/9kg 

In a 3 min window aim to complete as many reps as possible on each exercise. However, the calories must be completed before the 3mins is up as the reps on each exercise will not count and your score will be zero.

Each athlete must complete at least 10/15 cals on the cardio.

30/40 Cals on Rower

35/45 Cals on C2 Bike  

(Max Rep) KB Clusters 8/12kg
