About This Competition
This competition is an accessible competition for emergency services and military personnel. Both parties in the team must be part of these organisations.
The event will consist of at least 3 workouts across the day and options are available to allow all persons to compete. This competition will consist of same sex Open Pairs categories; therefore movements, weights and repetitions will be challenging but achievable; with scaled options to accomodate all abilities.
There will be no refunds but we will always look to fill the spaces and get you your money back if we can.
