About This Competition

ONLINE QUALIFIER: 

- 2 weeks - 4/ish workouts $20 

- all 4 workouts will be released Sunday 8/15/21 at 8pm

- all 4 scores are due at the on Sunday 8/29/21 by 8pm

- videos of all 4 workouts will be required for  qualifiers in each division (Male/Female Individual Elite, RX and Intermediate)

CHAMPIONSHIP EVENT:  - 10/22, 10/23  and 10/24 2021 - ALLENTOWN, PA - South Mountain Community Fitness

- Male/Female Individual Elite,  RX and Intermediate

- All athletes must qualify from our online qualifier.
