The thruster ladder will include 2 preloaded barbells at each station (men’s weight/women’s weight).

Each team will enter the thruster ladder starting at the lightest weight and will have 50 seconds to complete as many reps as possible between you & your partner at the prescribed weight before advancing to the next weight in the ladder.

There will then be 10 seconds of transition to the next barbell weights/station.

Only 1 athlete works at a time.

Each athlete must perform at least 1 rep in order to advance to the next station.

If one partner fails to complete at least one rep at a specific weight in the ladder, he/she will be removed from the ladder but their partner may continue to advance until failure.
