About This Competition
In the heart of the country side we are back for our second annual event Fittest on The Farm 2022. We have four workouts lined up to test, your team work skills, endurance, power and athleticism. You will need a split team of 6. 3 males/3 females. Prizes for the winning team.
Start time 11:00 - Podium 15:00
Spectators are welcome. We will have a bar, DJ and food vendors on site to make it an incredible atmosphere.
For the athletes we will have sports massage therapist at hand to make sure you're feeling fresh before and after each workout.
All participants will receive a medal, podium finishers will get a gift bag from NOCCO and the winning team will receive a trophy.

Workouts
Feed the Pony
In your group you will have 8 minutes to score max meters between the ski erg and pushing the bale. You will have one team member skiing and 3 team members pushing the bale to the 20m marker. You can rotate your team mates between the two stations whenever you want. The score will be the total amount of meters you have scored on the ski + the distanced covered on the bale push.
THE GALLOP
5 kilometre run all holding onto a rope across uneven farm land. Every 1k Loop you will drop 1 team member off at the start point. Once dropped off you that member will complete a round on the assault bike accumulating Max calories until the next team member has been dropped off. On the last Kilometre (The 5th K) you will finish with your strongest two runners. This must be 1 male and 1 female.
Score - Time to complete 5k + Assault bike calories.
For every 60 calories = 60 seconds knocked off the total run time
For example if your run time is 25 minutes and your team scores 180 cals in total your score will be 22 minutes.

In a 10 Minutes Score maximum points between the 3 stations.
Rope climb

Tyre Flips
1 round of rope climbs = 10 points
1 round of 10 rep Tyre press = 5 points
1 rep tyre flips = 2 points
Your team can only work on 1 station at once.
Score = Total number of points accumulated.
Complete the workout in the order below. Once you have finished one station as a group, it unlocks the next one.
30 Sandbag Cleans over wall - To start the workout you will have two sandbags 30kg for female and 50kg for male. Complete 30 reps Sandbag Clean over the wall. (only one sandbag can be working at one time).
Tyre drag -Complete 120m backwards tyre drag. 2 people on the tyre, 1 person per strap. Drag to the 20m mark then drag back. 6x20m Lengths. You can change the team mates dragging as you please but you must always have 1 male and 1 female dragging at one time. The tyre must be past the 20m marker.
40 Box Jump over - 1 person at a time jump onto the pallets then off onto the other side, this counts as one rep. Complete 40 between the group split however you like.
80M tyre flips - Complete an 80m tyre flip (3) team members flipping at any one time. The tyre must pass through the 20m marker. Rotate team members as you wish.
In the remaining time, max Synchronised reps Sandbag cleans over the wall. Over the wall is one rep. The sandbags must go over at the same time. Males must use 50kg and females must use the 30kg.
Score =Total amount of synchronised SANDBAG Cleans.
