Our competition will test all aspects of your fitness locker from endurance / Olympic lifting & gymnastics.
Requirements needed to compete
Barbell weights - F 35KG / M 50KG
GTOH / Front Squats / Lunges
Dumbbell weights - F 15KG / M 22.5KG
Snatches / C & J / Thrusters / Devil Press / Lunges
Gymnastics - Pull ups / T2B ( Final Only )
Double Unders ( Final Only )
